Jaz's Products

Every pair of earrings is handcrafted with care and intention, making each one truly one-of-a-kind. I personally source beads, pendants, connectors, and accents from local shops and online finds, then bring them together in unique designs. Many pieces feature my own bead combinations and styling, and some are reimagined from older earrings into fresh, modern looks. We also create a selection of homemade wood earrings for a natural touch.

All earrings are made with nickel-free earwires (available in gold, silver, or bronze, depending on the design) to ensure comfort for sensitive ears. Lengths and materials are listed in each product description so you can shop with confidence. My pairs are never heavy—I do not support wearing heavy earrings that cause discomfort.

Care Tips:

  • Store earrings in a jewelry box, soft pouch, or small plastic bag to avoid scratches and tangling.

  • Keep them separate from other earrings to maintain their shine and shape.

  • Avoid hanging them on metal stands for long periods to prevent rusting or tarnish.

  • Wipe gently with a jewelry cloth after wear.

  • Avoid water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals to preserve their quality and finish.
     

Please note: slight variations in color, size, or pattern may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece, as well as lighting or screen settings. These small differences are part of what makes every pair unique.

 


Jaz's Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
     

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products
     

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Process:

  • Email us at SHINEWITHJAZ@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, ship the item(s) back within 7 days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
     

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
     

Exchanges:
If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
     

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • We currently ship within the United States (add international if you plan to).

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.
     

Delays:

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier.
     

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
     

Incorrect Address:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees.

Local Pickup (Optional):​​
